One Idea Academies are community-based programs that provide participants with a proven pathway to building confidence, durable skills, and professional proof for the modern workforce or next stage of life.
We move beyond traditional training by focusing on three essential questions through hands-on projects, teamwork, and mentorship:
Discovering strengths, interests, values, and goals.
Building real-world skills through projects connected to high-demand industries.
Creating a verified portfolio that demonstrates abilities to employers and educators.
The program utilizes the Learn to Start PathwaysOS™ platform to help participants develop critical durable skills, including communication, collaboration, leadership, and digital literacy.
This free program is for adults 18 and older who are unemployed, underemployed, re-entering the workforce, or seeking a new direction . Participants meet in community locations and online to secure a pathway to meaningful work and economic mobility.
Designed for community organizations, after-school programs, and nonprofit partners, this program helps students move beyond simply preparing for graduation and begin preparing for life. Students build professional proof and industry connections before they leave high school.
This program is for after-school programs, libraries, and youth organizations . It encourages students to embrace curiosity, community, and growth by being trusted to solve real problems. Students learn through hands-on projects, mentorship, and real-world challenges.
